Is there any other news out there!

I have to admit I watch too much cable. I really do care about the missing girl in Aruba and I hope they find her. But really, isn't there any other news topic we can listen to and discuss?

Don't you find it infuriating that we have a war in Iraq and we have to listen to hour after hour about the landscape of Aruba and maybe for a minute or two, we can find out the day's news in Iraq and here.

And everyone has an opinion.Well that's good, but we are really reaching the bottom of the barrel to talk about how inadequate the detectives are in Aruba. Don't you remember Chandra Levy? Was that case ever solved? No it wasn't. but they have an excellent detective on that case now. So stay tuned.

And if you have any interest in PBS speak up now. This is the only forum for many people with out cable to watch non-network shows. The shows are so good and not interrupted with awful commercials. So many children grew up with Mr Rogers and Sesame Street.

I know Bob Novak hates that show, but most of the children and parents I know love it. Do you think FOX is getting a kids network ready to go?

Please let us know your thoughts.

cheers,
Sandy
